That's why and how I started my Instagram page. I wanted to write little bits of the content that I want to offer the readers of my book and see if it connects with people. And I'm happy with the response so far. I love to motivate and inspire you to thrive!

I do this mostly by writing posts on my whiteboard. I take a picture of it, edit it and write a caption that's aimed at practical or insightful advice that complements the vibe of the quote. And that incorporates my vision. It's not for everyone and that's ok, because I do not want to be a guru that people blindly follow. I like people to develop their own vision and live their own truth. If my content supports you in doing that, great! If not, then I respect that and I am always happy to hear your perspective. We continually learn from each other in life.

It's time to show myself a bit more and experiment with other types of content. The adventure of creating video content is the adventure I'm entering now.
